apiBIS is a new business assistance program which focuses on the specific language, cultural and technical needs of Asian and Pacific Islander ethnic-owned small businesses. We bring together the combined expertise of the sponsoring agencies: Northeast Community Federal Credit Union and Southeast Asian Community Center, as well as the skills and networks of other participating Asian and Pacific community organizations. apiBIS is funded by the Mayor's Office of Community Development. These services are provided to San Francisco-based small businesses at no cost.
