Membership Guidelines and Rights
As a member, you are also an owner. You have a voice in our operations through your participation as a volunteer, attendance at the semi-annual members meetings, and the ability to vote during the election of the Board of Directors.

You Must Submit the Following:
Individuals and organizations outside our Investment Area can still play an important role in our community from raising awareness, partnership opportunities, and providing necessary capital (e.g., Community Reinvestment Act deposits) to finance new services and more. You Must Submit the Following:
- Online membership application or in-person at any NECFCU branch
- One-time membership fee ($25 for individuals; $100 for businesses)
- Social Security Number (SSN) or Texpayer Identification Number (TIN)
- Government-issued form of identification with photo (domestic or forigh)
